🐾 DogMeal – Refund & Replacement Policy
1. Nature of Product
DogMeal offers dog food. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products once delivered cannot be returned.
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any purchased products under normal circumstances.
3. Replacement Eligibility
Replacements are only provided if:
- The package is damaged, leaking, or tampered with at the time of delivery
- The product is spoiled upon arrival (before opening)
4. Proof Requirement
To request a replacement, you must provide:
- A clear unboxing video (starting before opening the package)
- Photos showing the damage or issue clearly
Without valid proof, requests will not be processed.
5. Claim Window
- All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
6. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept claims for:
- Change of mind
- Pet not liking the food
- Orders placed incorrectly
- Claims made after the 24-hour window
