Damaged in Transit Guarantee:
If any pouch arrives punctured, leaked, or damaged during courier transit, we will replace it immediately with free priority express shipping or issue a 100% refund for the affected item. Simply send a photo to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
1 Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel an order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it, or at any time before it has been marked as Dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210) or email (support@dogmeal.in).
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been picked up by our logistics courier, the shipment cannot be intercepted or cancelled in transit.
2 Perishable Food Hygiene & Return Policy
Because Dog Meal produces fresh, wet food products intended for animal consumption, opened or unsealed food pouches cannot be returned or restocked under Indian food safety and veterinary hygiene standards.
However, returns and refunds are unconditionally accepted for:
- Pouches physically damaged, punctured, or leaking upon arrival.
- Incorrect flavours, pack sizes, or recipes received versus your order confirmation.
- Missing items from a bundled variety or multi-pack order.
- Expired product batches (all pouches are dispatched with at least 9 months shelf life).
3 How to Claim a Replacement or Refund
- Take a clear photo or short video showing the damaged pouch/box and the shipping label on the package.
- Send an email to support@dogmeal.in or WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210 within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Include your Order Number (e.g.
DM-RTB7DA) and your preferred resolution (Free Replacement or Full Refund). - Our care team will review and approve your claim within 12–24 business hours.
