Our meals are prepared in commercial retort-grade vacuum multi-layer pouches and steam-sterilized under pressure. This removes all oxygen and microbial contaminants, allowing our 70% real meat recipes to remain 100% stable at room temperature without synthetic chemical preservatives until you tear open the pouch!
3 Order Tracking & Delivery Attempts
- As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an AWB tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
- You can also track your shipment live at any time on our website at dogmeal.in/track using your Order ID and Phone Number.
- Courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning a shipment to our facility. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.
4 Shipping Charges
We offer Free Delivery across India on all cart values of ₹500 and above. For orders below ₹500, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹0 is applied at checkout to cover express packing and logistics costs.
