By accessing or purchasing from dogmeal.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable Indian consumer laws, and regulations. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our services.

2 Product Formulations & Nutritional Advice

Dog Meal recipes are formulated in collaboration with veterinary nutritionists using human-grade meats, organs, and wholesome vegetables according to AAFCO nutritional standards.

3 Pricing, Orders & Payments

All meal prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include applicable GST taxes.
We reserve the right to modify prices, pack sizes, and available coupons at any time without prior notice.
An order is confirmed once payment authorization is successful (for online orders) or once phone/SMS verification is confirmed (for Cash on Delivery orders).
In the event of an inventory stock-out or dispatch delay, our team will promptly contact you for an alternative flavour, delayed dispatch, or an immediate refund.

4 Promotional Codes & Discounts

Promotional codes (e.g. DOGMEAL50, WELCOME15) are valid for single-order redemptions per customer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Coupon codes cannot be combined with conflicting promotional discounts, converted to cash, or transferred to third parties. Dog Meal reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of coupon abuse.

5 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to brand logos, photography, illustrations, meal descriptions, recipes, and website design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Dog Meal Nutrition Private Limited and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
